Just in case you forgot, wish Elvis a happy death day. And EAD a happy birthday-- yep my girl was born six years later, to the day, that Elvis purportedly died.

Uh, I found it to be traumatic, as a small child at Graceland. Lots of women standing around the small, fenced-off plot at the back of the house, sobbing. I'm not sure if that's where the King is buried, but it sure looked like a tombstone. When you're a kid, seeing your birthday on a grave is pretty freaky.
Most days it feels like Nashville is a very small town and that my high speed internet connection has either given me whiplash or is making my life flash before me.
