Moses went in the water for the first time on Christmas Day at the farm--what a hoot
he charged in and swam a few strokes then realized what he had done. Quickly got back to shore.
The sight of him hopping across the grassy knoll was truly a gift. He couldn't get enough of the water so we have taken him to the Richland Creek trail where he got his fill of frigid wading.

is there a difference in wet doggy smell when it's frigid, vs summer? That is a serious question, btw.
I can only say that a bath was in order after the creek wade. Fortunately we have hot water outside which makes it kind of spa-like. Wink wink.
