my resolve

I recently read that fingernail ridges were caused by constant exposure to dishwashing liquid soap. Broken nails, scratches, puncture wounds, wind-burnt skin and peeling polish are caused by having a very demanding puppy who needs a lot of outside time, even if it is raining and 33 degrees. I am going to give these a try as they reach to my elbows, from Organize.com

Actually, I've always heard that the ridges are caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Just looked it up online - the NIH says they can come from diet, health issues, stress, etc. Aging can play a factor in vertical nail ridging (the tend to show up in middle age), too.

LOVE the gloves and the photo!

I got all of the above. It would take an extreme application of the scientific method to determine the cause.

Why did I get a pair of these? Are you trying to say something about my nails?

they will probably most likely be put into application to give the cat a bath, btw.
